Parents can get involved in fulfilling the vision of First Priority in many ways. Involvement gives you a chance to make a difference in the lives of many young people. It starts with being the model of the character of Christ. Here are other ways for you to contribute to First Priority Collision…
Pray—Pray that students will stand up for their faith on campus, for school administrators and faculty members, for unity among the student leaders, for hurting students who need hope, that Christian students would have a deep concern for others on campus who do not know Christ.
Vision Cast—Contact other adults from the school, churches, and the community to express the vision and excitement of the First Priority Collision ministry. Our office can provide brochures or other needed resources.
Appreciation—Write a note of appreciation to the faculty advisor, principal, superintendent, and school board expressing their approval and thankfulness for the ministry.
Transportation—You can be a source of transportation, or take turns with other parents carpooling students to and from the campus ministry meetings.
Refreshments—Provide treats, meals, or anything else the Lord lays on your heart.
Finances—Funds given to the Collision ministry allow more opportunities for students to share Christ with their friends.Talk to local businesses about funding for the ministry.
